The honorary president of the World Uyghur Congress, whom the separatists call 'the mother of the Uyghurs', Rebiya Kadeer’s nephew, Kuzzat Altay, seems to be a follower of the FETO leader.

Kuzzat Altay lives in the United States, just like Rebiya Kadeer. Altay, who is also the founder of the Uyghur Entrepreneurs Network, is linked to The National Endowment for Democracy (NED), just like Rebiya Kadeer. The Uighur American Association, chaired by Kuzzat Altay, receives hundreds of thousands of dollars as a funding from the NED every year.

Altay spoke at a program organized by the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Fairfax, on January 4th 2017. Altay was one of the four main speakers at the program called 'Muslim Life in USA', and he introduced himself in his presentation text with the following words:

"Eight years ago, I came to America as a refugee from China. The rest is a long story, I am going to include it on my presentation. I am a Muslim. I am a follower of Fetullah Gulen and the Hizmet Movement. I am now the founder and the CEO of Cybertek, an IT training and consultation company, based in McLean Virginia."FETO Cooperation of the Uyghur Separatist - Resim: 1

THE GULENIST MANAGER OF KUZZAT ALTAY

Kuzzat Altay's relationship with FETO is does not with that. A name from the executives of the Fairfax, Virginia-based the Uyghur Entrepreneurs Network and the Cybertek Company which Altay is the CEO of: The name is Tezcan Inanlar. Inanlar, who serves as the Network's Director of Civilian Participation and the Director of Foreign Affairs, is also serving as the Director of Corporate Social Responsibilities at Cybertek. Tezcan Inanlar, who lives in Washington, served as the Branch Director, the Northwest Regional Director and the Chairman of the Board for the Pacifica Institute, one of FETO's undercover organizations in the United States. At the Institute that he joined in 2006, he organized meetings and trips for the interfaith dialogue, opened new offices and collaborated with local churches such as the Universal Unitarian Church, where Altay was also a speaker of. Inanlar has also played a key role in the Anatolian Culture and Food Festival organized by FETO in the United States, according to information given on his LinkedIn account. The most important topic that the Pacifica Institute -which organizes various events under the roof of conferences, seminars and cultural events- has given attention to, is the interfaith dialogue efforts. It can be understood from the images on the Institute's website, that FETO members, in order to develop close relations with the Jewish and the Christian groups, have organized Ramadan dinners and visit programs to churches and synagogues, through this organization. The Institute, which is also supported by the American government, was awarded the 'Distinguished Community Leadership Award' (DCLA) in 2016, which was nominated 'for their extraordinary contributions', by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI).
